  • 1 cup whole egg mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 3 - 4 Tablespoons Chipotle in adobo sauce
  • Juice and zest 1 lime
method
  • Place all ingredients into a food processor and puree until smooth.
  • NOTE: will keep well refrigerated for a week.
